Who we are, why we built Nuvory, and how we work with specialty practices.
What is Nuvory?
Nuvory is healthcare revenue leakage intelligence software for specialty practices. It connects to the EHR, finds patients and revenue lost between referral, visit, procedure, follow-up and longitudinal care, ranks each opportunity and verifies when care is completed. Nuvory is not an EHR, a revenue cycle or denial management tool, or a patient engagement platform.
Why we built it
Specialty practices rarely lack demand. Referrals arrive, providers order procedures and tests, and patients are told when to come back. Revenue is lost in the handoffs between those steps, where no single EHR report shows it.
HealthArc has built care management software for years. Its platform supports more than 2,000 providers across over 45 states. Working with those practices, we kept seeing the same gaps: referrals never scheduled, ordered procedures never completed, recalls past due. Nuvory is the product we built to find them every night, explain each one and help staff close it in the EHR they already use.
