Learn moreWhat determines your price
Self-serve plans are priced per provider license. Enterprise pricing reflects the scope of your rollout.
| Factor | How it affects pricing |
|---|---|
| Provider licenses | One license per provider whose patients Nuvory works on. Starter and Growth are billed monthly per license. |
| Plan and modules | Starter includes Recall Intelligence. Growth adds the other workflow modules and Opportunity Intelligence. Enterprise adds Network Intelligence. |
| Locations and EHRs | Multi-location and multi-EHR organizations are scoped on Enterprise, so each connection and location is planned. |
| Data feeds | Claims, clearinghouse and HIE feeds are part of Enterprise and are scoped during discovery. |
Implementation and data connectivity
Every plan includes setup with HealthArc's implementation team. Your administrator approves the EHR connection; our team loads about two years of history, maps your locations, providers and local codes, and builds your baseline. A clinical reviewer at your practice signs off each rule before your team starts working the list.
Nuvory works with data from athenahealth (live), Epic, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, NextGen, AdvancedMD, Practice Fusion, Veradigm and Elation Health, with scope and data availability confirmed during discovery. See integrations and how it works.
- Locations and providers: count the providers whose patients you want Nuvory to cover. Groups with several sites or EHRs usually fit Enterprise.
- Timeline: confirmed during the demo, because it depends on your EHR, locations and data feeds.

Reminder software protects appointments that exist. Recall software finds patients who are due with nothing booked. Your EHR recall list sits in between. A fair comparison of all three, and how to tell which your practice needs.
Questions, answered
More in our FAQ, or ask our team.
How is Nuvory priced?
Per provider license, per month. Starter is $149 per provider per month and includes Recall Intelligence. Growth is $299 per provider per month and adds Referral, Procedure, Scheduling, Care Management and Opportunity Intelligence. Enterprise is quoted on your locations, providers, modules and the integrations in scope.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your EHR, the number of locations and the data feeds in scope, so we confirm a timeline during the demo. Your admin approves the connection; HealthArc's team loads your history, maps locations and codes, and your clinical reviewer signs off each rule before your team starts.
What counts as a provider license?
Each provider whose patients Nuvory works on needs one license. You choose how many when you sign up.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. Starter includes Recall Intelligence for one practice. Move to Growth when you want referrals, procedures, care management and scheduling too.
How do I pay?
Starter and Growth are billed monthly by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Enterprise is invoiced under your agreement.
Do you sign a BAA?
Nuvory is built for HIPAA. HealthArc acts as a business associate, signs a business associate agreement with every customer, and HealthArc's platform is covered by a SOC 2 Type II report covering May 1 to July 31, 2026, issued October 19, 2026 by ZeroDayCPA, an independent auditor. There is no official HIPAA certification; the BAA and the safeguards behind it are what matter.
