Prove the Revenue Opportunity Before You Pay
Start with a 30-day revenue leakage pilot. Nuvory analyzes your practice data to identify potential revenue leakage, prioritize actionable opportunities and demonstrate value before your paid subscription begins.
What is a 30-day revenue leakage pilot?
A 30-day revenue leakage pilot is a time-boxed revenue leakage assessment on your own practice data. Nuvory finds referrals, procedures, orders and follow-ups that never became completed care, ranks them, and your team validates them before you decide on a subscription. The 30 days begin once the required data has been ingested.
How does the pilot work?
Six steps from agreement to decision. The 30-day value period starts after your data is successfully ingested.
- 1. OnboardDefine pilot scope and complete required agreements, including the business associate agreement.
- 2. Provide dataStart with supported EHR exports, CSV or XLSX files, data warehouse extracts, or an existing supported connection.
- 3. DiscoverNuvory analyzes the applicable referral, appointment, procedure, order, recall, scheduling and care-management signals.
- 4. ValidateYour team reviews and validates the prioritized opportunities.
- 5. MeasureSee opportunities identified, acted upon, scheduled and completed, and downstream financial outcomes where measurable.
- 6. DecideDecide whether to continue to a Nuvory subscription after evaluating the value.
Start with the data you already have
No major integration project is required to begin evaluating Nuvory. Start with supported EHR exports, CSV or XLSX files, data warehouse extracts, or an existing supported connection. Nuvory normalizes the data and identifies opportunities across the patient journey: referral, visit, procedure, follow-up and longitudinal care.
For continuous production use, deeper EHR integrations keep the data current every night. See EHR integrations and how Nuvory works.
Agreements first
Pilot data includes patient information, so HealthArc signs a business associate agreement before any data is shared. HealthArc's platform is covered by a SOC 2 Type II report. Security and compliance.
What the pilot includes
Standard onboarding
Scope, agreements and setup with HealthArc's implementation team.
Supported data ingestion
Exports, files, warehouse extracts or an existing connection.
Revenue leakage baseline
Where patients drop out today, by location and service line.
Prioritized opportunities
Ranked by estimated value, urgency and confidence.
Team validation
Your staff confirm which opportunities are real and still open.
Executive value review
A results review with your leadership before you decide.
How are pilot results measured?
Results are reported stage by stage. An estimated or potential opportunity is never reported as recovered revenue.
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Potential revenue opportunity | An open item Nuvory found, with an estimated value from your own visit and procedure values. Not yet validated. |
| Validated opportunity | An item your team reviewed and confirmed is real and still open. |
| Opportunity acted upon | Staff contacted the patient or took the next step. |
| Appointment scheduled | A visit or procedure is booked. |
| Service completed | The visit or procedure took place, where the data shows it. |
| Claim generated | A claim was created for the completed service, where billing data is connected. |
| Revenue collected | Payment was received, where remittance data is connected. Only this stage is collected revenue. |

Questions, answered
More in our FAQ, or ask our team.
When does the 30-day period start?
After the required data has been successfully ingested, not when you submit the application. That way the full 30 days are spent reviewing and acting on opportunities.
Do we need an EHR integration for the pilot?
No major integration project is required to begin. A pilot can start from supported EHR exports, CSV or XLSX files, data warehouse extracts or an existing supported connection. Deeper EHR integrations support continuous production use later.
Will we sign a business associate agreement?
Yes. Pilot data includes patient information, so HealthArc signs a business associate agreement before any data is shared. HealthArc's platform is covered by a SOC 2 Type II report. See security.
What happens after the 30 days?
We review the results with your team, including what was identified, validated, acted on and completed. You then decide whether to continue to a Nuvory subscription.
Does the pilot guarantee recovered revenue?
No. The pilot identifies potential revenue opportunities and measures what your team validates and completes. Outcomes depend on your data, your patients and the actions your team takes.
