What is Nuvory?

Nuvory is healthcare revenue leakage intelligence software for specialty practices, built by HealthArc. It connects to your EHR and finds patients who dropped out between referral, visit, procedure and follow-up. It ranks the next action for each one and confirms when care is completed. Read more about Nuvory and HealthArc.

Does Nuvory replace our EHR?

No. Nuvory is an intelligence layer that sits on top of your existing EHR. Your EHR stays the system of record, and staff keep scheduling in it. Nuvory finds the opportunity; your existing systems carry out the work.

Is Nuvory an RPM platform?

No. Nuvory finds patients who may qualify for RPM, CCM, PCM or APCM and routes them to clinical review. Care is delivered by your own team or by HealthArc's care team on the HealthArc platform.

Which EHRs does Nuvory connect to?

athenahealth is live. Nuvory also supports Epic, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, NextGen, AdvancedMD, Practice Fusion, Veradigm and Elation Health through FHIR R4 and, where the EHR supports it, bulk data export and SMART on FHIR. Availability depends on each EHR's configuration and is confirmed during discovery.

Can Nuvory use claims and clearinghouse data?

Yes. Claims, acknowledgements, remittances and eligibility from your clearinghouse (X12 837, 277CA, 835, 270/271) confirm completed care and coverage. Payer claims and HIE feeds add care received elsewhere.

What does implementation look like?

Your admin connects the EHR and enters practice details. HealthArc loads two years of history, maps your local codes and locations, and builds your baseline. Your clinical reviewer signs off each rule after spot-checking real patients. Then your team starts working the queue.

How is pricing determined?

Starter is $149 per provider per month and Growth is $299 per provider per month, and you can sign up for either online. Enterprise is quoted on your locations, providers, modules and the integrations in scope.

Who makes clinical decisions?

Your care team. Every rule is signed off by a clinical reviewer at your practice, care management candidates need clinician approval, and staff choose the next action for each patient.

How does Nuvory measure recovered revenue?

Nuvory builds a baseline from two years of history, then tracks care completed after each opportunity was detected. It reports this as recovered value with the caveat that it shows correlation with outreach, not proof of cause.

Can our staff call patients from Nuvory?

Yes, on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Staff can call from Nuvory using your verified practice numbers, log the outcome and book in the EHR. You can connect your texting vendor and, later, AI voice agents.

Is Nuvory HIPAA compliant?

Nuvory is built for HIPAA. HealthArc acts as a business associate, signs a business associate agreement with every customer, and HealthArc's platform is covered by a SOC 2 Type II report covering May 1 to July 31, 2026, issued October 19, 2026 by ZeroDayCPA, an independent auditor. There is no official HIPAA certification; the BAA and the safeguards behind it are what matter.

Where does patient data live?

In HealthArc's US cloud environment, encrypted in transit and at rest, with each practice's data isolated at the database level.
