Procedure RecoveryWhat Is Procedure Leakage in Healthcare?
Procedure leakage is a procedure or test a provider ordered that never happened. This guide explains where it happens, what sits next to it, why it happens, how to measure it and how practices prevent and recover it.
Questions, answered
More in our FAQ, or ask our team.
How quickly does a cancellation appear?
Within one nightly run of the cancellation reaching Nuvory. Procedures are flagged after 2 days without a new booking and office visits after 7; your practice can change both.
Does it send reminders?
No. Reminder tools reduce no-shows before they happen. Scheduling Intelligence finds the patients those tools did not keep and puts them in front of a scheduler.
Can we limit it to procedures?
Yes. Each scheduling rule can be turned on or off, and grace periods are set per rule.
