How Nuvory finds and recovers revenue leakage
Nuvory connects to the data you already have, identifies patients who slipped through, explains why, ranks what to do first and verifies what happened.
How does Nuvory work?
Nuvory connects to your EHR and operational data, then every night identifies referrals, orders, recalls and appointments that never became completed care. It explains each opportunity, estimates its value, ranks the next action for each patient and checks whether the care actually happened. Your team acts in the systems they already use.
Eight steps from data to recovered care
The same loop runs for referrals, recalls, procedures, orders, scheduling and care management.
Connect
Start with supported EHR exports or an existing connection; deeper integrations support continuous production use. Our team loads the history you provide.
Identify
Every night, Nuvory finds referrals, orders and recalls that never became completed care.
Explain
Each item shows the referral, order or recall behind it, and what has happened since.
Quantify
Estimated value uses your own visit and procedure values, clearly labeled as an estimate.
Prioritize
Items are ranked by value, urgency and confidence: one next action per patient.
Act
Staff call, catch the patient at a visit or act from the chart, then book in the EHR.
Verify
An item closes only when care is completed, done elsewhere or declined, where data shows it.
Learn
Outcomes are reported against your baseline, so rules and ranking get sharper over time.

Who does what
Nuvory is software plus a team. Here is how the work divides during setup and every day after.
| Role | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Practice administrator | Approves the connection, chooses locations in scope, owns the daily queue |
| Clinical reviewer | Signs off each rule, interval and grace period before it goes live |
| Schedulers and referral coordinators | Work one prioritized list and book in the EHR |
| Leaders | Review completed care, open value at risk and trends by location |
| HealthArc implementation team | Connects data, maps codes and locations, builds the baseline, trains staff |

Nuvory doesn't
- Replace your EHR, scheduling or revenue cycle systems
- Make clinical decisions or determine medical necessity
- Enroll patients in programs without clinician approval and consent
- Guarantee revenue or reimbursement

Expected Events vs. Actual Events in Healthcare Operations
Every referral, order and recall implies an event that should follow. Comparing those expected events with actual appointments, encounters and procedures is how practices find care that quietly stalled.

Questions, answered
More in our FAQ, or ask our team.
What does implementation look like?
Your admin connects the EHR and enters practice details. HealthArc loads two years of history, maps your local codes and locations, and builds your baseline. Your clinical reviewer signs off each rule after spot-checking real patients. Then your team starts working the queue.
Can Nuvory use claims and clearinghouse data?
Yes. Claims, acknowledgements, remittances and eligibility from your clearinghouse (X12 837, 277CA, 835, 270/271) confirm completed care and coverage. Payer claims and HIE feeds add care received elsewhere.
Who makes clinical decisions?
Your care team. Every rule is signed off by a clinical reviewer at your practice, care management candidates need clinician approval, and staff choose the next action for each patient.
How does Nuvory measure recovered revenue?
Nuvory builds a baseline from two years of history, then tracks care completed after each opportunity was detected. It reports this as recovered value with the caveat that it shows correlation with outreach, not proof of cause.
